Responsibilities :-
Support international customers with a wide variety of request such as mobile device issues, ordering new mobile phones, changing features, etc.
Provide support on client requests submitted through internal portal such as order support, service number moves, usage and billing reports, etc.
Establish and build relationships with internal and external customers
Must be able to work in a 24/7 environment
Ensuring all requests from Internal Manager pertaining to orders/clarifications is completed.
