JOB Discribtion:

QA Lead for testing and automation for maintenance releases for Shared IDM products in SE organization.

The Sustaining Engineering organization is considered the go-to team for all aspects of product maintenance at Oracle, however it is best known for delivering quality releases and fixes to customers in just about all of the Oracle Server Technologies product areas.
The Sustaining Engineering work environment is very technically challenging: you need to understand nuances of interaction of software components in a stack. You need to have a strong focus on customer satisfaction. We’re looking for people who are fast learners, highly motivated,and have great communications skills.

The candidate will be a member of a team that consists of highly experienced software engineers and automation experts, with a strong track record of consistently delivering high quality results.

Responsibilities
Functional testing of Shared IDM Sustaining patch releases involving Java, Middle-ware, Oracle DB
Automate functional tests using standard automation frameworks
Debug failures, file accurate bug reports and follow up with Dev, TPM teams on the resolution
Participate in release planning activities and daily stand-up meetings
Work closely with globally distributed cross-functional teams to deliver high quality results consistently

Qualifications
5-6 years of experience in testing / development preferably
Strong experience with Core Java, WebLogic Server, Oracle DB, SQL
Experience with Functional testing, testing of Cloud based enterprise applications, middleware and infrastructures
Experience with API test automation with tools such TestNG, JUnit, and Selenium.
Domain knowledge and experience in Identity Management Products will be an added advantage
Experience with scripting languages (Shell, Perl, Python)
Experience with working on UNIX/Linux platforms
Knowledge of software development life cycle, preferably Agile methodologies
Strong debugging and problem solving skills
Strong communication skills, and the ability to be a team player
Ability to learn independently, solve problems, and identify the best technical solution for an issue

Salary: INR 15,00,000 – 30,00,000 P.A.
