The business intelligence web team is group within the digital marketing focus area looking to leverage various web tools to manage ARRIS Brand and its external websites. Job Description
As a Sr. IT business analyst in the business intelligence web team, a successful candidate will play a key role in the understanding of product owner strategy and collaborate with his/her peers, technology partners, and product owners to translate complex user stories into successful product releases. He/She will be part of a fast-paced, entrepreneurial team which is responsible for technical handling the EPiServer CMS platform and multiple ARRIS external websites. Additionally he/she would be providing end to end web support including EPiServer & web development, infrastructure/platform support, SEO, Web Security, performance monitoring/tuning, web analytics etc. He/She should be able to adapt to fast changing industry technology trends and accordingly be able reskill him/herself.
Primary Responsibilities
Responsible for technically handle the EPiServer CMS platform
Learn new tools/technologies to deliver solutions based on business requirement.
Serving as a key member of a web team that Identifies, defines, create prototypes and designs web solutions based on business requirements.
Write quality code, perform testing, code review & deployments and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
Handle support operations of the platform to ensure optimal website performance and server uptime.
Working with business users to prioritize features for ongoing sprints and managing a list of technical requirements based on industry trends, new technologies, known defects, and issues
Work well both independently and as part of a team .
