Candidate Educational Qualification:

  1. Graduates (any stream) Fresher or Experienced
  2. Undergraduates with minimum 1 year of experience in an international call center
  3. B.E/B.Tech without BPO experience are not eligible

Candidate Experience Required : 0 to 1 year(Freshers/Exp)

CTC or Package Offered: Best in Market

Working Location: Bangalore

Desired Candidate Profile:

  1. College Graduates (any stream) Fresher or Experienced
  2. Undergraduates with minimum 1 year of experience in an international call center
  3. Should have excellent communication and English speaking skills
  4. Knowledge of basic computer operations.
  5. Ability to learn.
  6. Courteous with strong customer service orientation.
  7. Dependable with proficient attention to detail.
  8. Good listening and responding skills.
  9. Should be willing to take up challenges and go extra mile to perform work responsibilities
  10. Should have great interpersonal skills and ability to perform under pressure
  11. Should be open to work in any shift timing night shifts or any other rotational work shifts (early morning/late evening)
  12. Should not be pursuing any regular course/educational program which may conflict with the work timings

Job Description:

  1. Provide best-in-class customer service and resolution to customer queries
  2. Verticals: Internet & broadband related , Level 1 Tech Support.
  3. Geos: North America .
  4. Troubleshoot customer issues related to internet broadband, cable, Desk top, modem, router, etc.
  5. Clarify customer requirements; probe for and confirm understanding of requirements or problem.
  6. Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed upon procedures.
  7. Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy.
  8. Confirm customer understanding of the solution and provide additional customer education as needed.
  9. Prepare complete and accurate work and update customer file.
