Responsibility:

• Responsible for handling calls, solving customer queries.
• Advising Customers on the right utility partner, thus enable them to save money.
• Building rapport with customers and retain them by providing quality service.
• Updating customers on latest information about the products & services.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Good communication skills.
• Confidence
• Passion towards outbound process.
• Positive attitude to grow in a BPO industry
• Education is not a constraint(Graduates ,Non Graduates,Post Graduates,Diploma Holders,discontinued education can apply)

Experience Band:

• 0-2 Yrs.
• Experience in International process would be added advantage
• Outbound experience preferred.

Work Timings:

• UK shift (4 pm- 1.30 am)
• Alternate Saturdays off. Fixed Weekend off
