JOB Discribtion:

* Candidate should be BE/B Tech from a recognised university.

* Should have an aggregate of 60% through out academics.

* Must meet and/or exceeds productivity and accuracy targets for assigned audit/quality processes.

* Must be an SME on specific business quality processes

* Must provide training/update/coaching on mapping operations in the capacity of an SME

* Should perform ticket management (meeting SLAs and responding/resolving tickets)

* Must drive process/system improvements basis ongoing trends/gaps identified

* Should execute on assigned project components of specific audit processes

* 24/7/365 availability, including willingness to work on weekends, and outside of the “standard” work day

* Must carry out tactical issue based communications with internal

* Must create ad-hoc operational reports, status updates on a need basis

* Must have proficient in Internet navigation and keyboard typing skills

* Must has problem solving skills and attention to details

* Should proficient in MS Excel and other MS office tools

* Must have statistical knowledge on averages, trend, outliers, charting, etc. would be an advantage

* Should have excellent written and oral communication skills

* Must have analytical and deep dive skills to evaluate accuracy

* Should have ability to work independently and think â€˜out of the boxâ€™

* Should be able to develop and identify the root cause of the issues and get them fixed by coordinating with different teams like operations and IT
