JOB Discribtion:

Play the role of a Training Consultant and provide End to End training solution.
Prepare and deliver tailor made courses based on the need & requirements.
Create and maintain a positive and professional learning environment.
Utilize a variety of the training methodologies, techniques, concepts, learning tools, and practices to ensure maximum effectiveness of training programs.
Ensuring timely completion of course and internal assessment of student
Should have Excellent verbal & written skills
Should have Excellent Presentation & Delivery Skills
Ability to analyze various data in effect to bridge process/ training gaps
Must have good organizational and prioritizing skills
Exhibits strong interpersonal skills
Ability to cope with stress and to remain calm in all situations and provide results based on the given task
Fresher are also Welcome if having good knowledge of CCNA/MCSA/MCSE/ Exchange Server with presenting & delivering skills.
