Job Description :
Forecasting:
Responsible for financial forecast of client level reporting units, this includes financial modelling, account manager interaction and analysis of customer trends.
Responsible for the development of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) for client level reporting units, this includes financial modelling, account manager interaction and analysis of customer trends.
Analysis and P&L management:
Analysing monthly P&L results and reporting variances to forecast and AOP to the Finance Manager
Responsible for working with the Accounts Receivables team on issues related to the reconciliation and cash application and assisting when necessary to collect past due balances
Responsible for understanding and tracking key financial metrics such as WIP, AR, and contractual clauses such as not to exceed, volume discounts, service level credits and other processing fees.
Responsible for escalations in the time to invoice processes performed offshore. This includes mentoring and training on best practices when necessary
Responsible for reading, understanding, and maintaining standardized client documentation and making sure documentation is consistent, of high quality, and stored in SharePoint
Responsible for overall maintenance of the GL including performing any necessary GL reclasses
Responsible for making sure all necessary information is provided in a timely manner for audit compliance
Coordinate with the shared services team responsible for invoicing, time & expenses, and contract setup to ensure process run smoothly
Client Manager Support, Deal pricing and Ad Hoc analysis:
Working with Sales, Client Management, and Delivery teams to model and price sales pursuits
Escalation point for issues in the client level reporting units with Delivery, clients, and Corporate Finance
Responsible for other ad hoc requests & analysis.
Required Skills:
Knowledge in revenue forecasting, financial modelling, budgeting , P&L management etc.
Possesses and applies expert knowledge of financial analysis principles.
Expert data analysis skills.
Demonstrated ability to train and mentor others.
Expert oral, written and presentation skills.
Expert in Advanced Excel / VBA/Macros
