Job Profile:
Dynamic Young Executives with a passion for sales are required for Sales of SolidWorks Software Products.
General nature of activities include, but not limited to, the following:
- Field Sales activities
- Market Survey & on-field Prospecting
- On-field lead generation
- Need Identification, Demand generation
- Meeting daily targets
- Objection handling
- Fixing Appointment with prospects
- Daily Report submission
Training Period: 1 Year
Training completion certificate will be provided upon successful completion of training period only.
Successful trainees may be considered for absorption into permanent position after the training period, based on meritorious performance
Pre-Requisites:
- Willingness to travel to earmarked territories, daily
- Two-wheeler possession with valid driver’s license
- Meeting with prospective customers and addressing requirements
- Good Communication Skills in English is a MUST
- Pleasant personality with a flair and demonstrable attitude, for sales
Commitment to work for a 1-Year Period
Stipend: Rs. 8,000 per month. Travelling allowance per Company norms
Incentives: Lead closure incentives shall be provided according to Company norms.
