• Must have  US IT Recruiting Exp -(Opt Recruitment exp is preferable).
• Should be well versed with Recruitment process Lifecycle.
• Need to take care of the complete recruitment process from beginning till confirmation of a consultant.
• Should be aware of all US Tax terms and Employment types.
• Resourcing best consultants with regards to their background, status, and experience.
• Adding new skilled experience resources to bench list.
• Should have strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Timings: Night Shifts.
