Job Description :
1. Development of Color formulations for the International A&AC BU Global market.
2. To undertake projects in Color Development Center with creative & innovative ideas.
3. Improvement proposal: Suggests improvements for methods, tools and software.
Functional Competencies:
1. Basic knowledge of coatings chemistry/polymers/reaction mechanism
2. Certification: Color matcher “C” or “B”
3. Knowledge of MS-Office & Q-Color software
4. Knowledge of Colorimetry & Paint products
5. Adhering to organization specific code & professionalism
6. Results oriented with excellent drive & commitment to accomplish
7. Work schedule Planning & Time Management
8. Proactive, Quick learner, Self Motivated, Passionate to learn & deliver results on time
9. Multi-tasking & flexi-orientation & ability to work under pressure

B. Sc (Chemistry) OR
B. E., B. Tech (Chemical) OR
M. Sc. (Chemistry)
