SALARY OFFERED (CTC) : INR 1,50,000 – 1,75,000 P.A

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION: B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech/MBA/MCA

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Freshers

CANDIDATE PROFILE: 

  • Candidate should possess B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech/MBA/MCA degree from a recognised university
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good Technical understanding
  • Ability to work under pressure.

JOB DESCRIPTION: 

  • Search resumes in various available Job Portals
  • Match the profile of the candidate on technical grounds
  • Conducts initial interviews by phone to determine experience and skill level
  • Ensure candidate is available and ready to take up the position
  • Ensure that resume appropriately reflects candidate”s experience and requirement
  • Submit the profile of the candidate to Team Lead for approval.
  • Negotiates salaries with candidates and negotiates pay rates with subcontracting companies and close the  position.
  • Arranges for client interviews and possible offer of employment
  • Ensures appropriate paperwork is done for Placements
  • Acts as first point-of-contact for consultant and maintains monthly contact with consultant.
  • Update the Resourcing Application System routinely.
