Role and Responsibilities

– Responsible to handle customer queries / issues through Voice (International) transactions to the best of customer’s satisfaction.

– Necessary documentation of calls.

– Adhering to standard operating procedures required by the process and organization.

– Awareness of relevant service levels and meets goals set by the project.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

– 6 months to 1 year experience in similar International Voice Support

– Any Graduation, without arrears

Preferred Skills

– Good English communication skills

– Good understanding of Computer fundamentals

– Willingness to work in night shift.
