Job Description:
Essential Duties:
1. Interpret maintenance manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
2. Repair and install equipment utilizing knowledge of electronics and software functionality and using standard test instruments and hand tools.
3. Install and maintain technical equipment in customer sites.
4. Present and train others on maintenance and functionality of equipment.
5. Provide direct customer and sales support.
Candidate Profile:
Qualifications:
1. Technical undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
2. Thorough knowledge of computer operations systems (UNIX, LINUX, Windows)
3. Mechanical & electrical aptitude
4. Ability to read and understand schematics
5. Excellent communication skills
6. Strong oral and written communication skills in native language & English, public speaking ability
