Job Responsibilities:
1. Graduate engineer with strong academics in Mechanical/ Automobile engineering.
2. Willingness to work hard and should be a good team player with acceptance for wide travel needs.
3. Responsible for field trials and fitment of various friction products to be launched in the market.
4. Ensure to track the performance of filed tryouts as guided by Applications manager and report to the management.
5. Coordinate with local process, product and manufacturing teams to ensure support of samples needed for fitment / Dyno tryouts.
6. Timely launch of identified products in the aftermarket , as guided by manager .
7. Reporting the launch progress and conducting team reviews to ensure proper launch.
8. Follow the Applications engineering systems to ensure that drawings are made, specifications are defined and approved for all the launches planned.
9. Support Plant QA for the PPAP of identified products.
10. Maintain Applications documentation as required to ensure ISO /TS system and drawing controls , as guided by manager.
11. Support Global teams for benchmarking of competition and dyno /technical evaluation.
12. Support Purchase team for development of packing standards and ensure approvals as per system.
