Job Description:
1. Roles and Responsibilities: entry level java web-app and back-end developer.
2. Receive design and wireframe, code, unit test, work in scrum, support, apply best practices including secure coding practices, support QA and documentation, deployment and refactoring/hardening of front-end and back-end java based enterprise decision management software on and off the FICO Analytic Cloud.
Working Conditions:
Standard development working conditions in FICO BLR office as part of the Customer management/TRIAD development team. Hours sometimes extend into the evening to facilitate communication with California based team.
Candidate Profile:.
Experience/Qualifications: Education and or Certifications: no professional experience necessary
Experience and Quaifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline such as software engineering.
2. Good programming skills and object oriented concepts
3. Core Java
4. Must be able to code to standards and best practices, including secure coding standards and following patterns
Soft Skills:
1. Should be fast learner and dedicated to team success.
2. Good written and oral communication skills
3. Independent, self-learning, can work to deadlines with minimal supervision.
