Job Description:
HAL at its Liaison Office, New Delhi, invites applications from superannuated employees as Consultant on contract basis for a period of one year for the following position:
Name of the Position : Consultant (Liaison Office–New Delhi)
Maximum age limit : 62 YEARS (as on 1st Dec 2013)
Qualification: Graduate from a recognized University/Institution;
Experience: Should have minimum of 25 years experience / working knowledge in Government Departments and should have dealt with Disciplinary proceedings / Inquiry reports, Administration and Complaint handling etc. Liasoning Skills, Protocol arrangements etc will be an added advantage.
Job Specifications: The Consultant should assist Resident Manager, Liaison Office, New Delhi in the following activities;
Liaisoning with Ministries & various Government Departments, and follow up action for settlement of investigation / inquiry cases as received from all the Divisions / Offices of HAL on priority;
Carrying out Study and analysis of investigation reports, inquiry reports, awards, judgments etc received from Vigilance, Courts and other statutory agencies;
Organising training programs for the vigilance / HR personnel of HAL;
Handling all Vigilance / Disciplinary related activities;
Coordination of activities of Vigilance Clearance / IB clearance from the respective authorities;
Managing Administration and Establishment related matters;
Emoluments: Selected candidate will be offered consolidated Salary (Negotiable within the Rules).
