Job Description :
Good understanding of OM technology
Configurations of nodes in DMZ
Template/Policy development/Integration of OM with other BTO tools
Troubleshooting agent and OM communications
Good Understanding and experience in smart plug-ins of OM
Working knowledge of SPIs of Oracle, SQL, J2EE, Exchange and Active Directory domains
Strong communication with customers
Working knowledge of OM in clusters and MOM
Roles and Responsibilities :
Proven ability to work with Carriers troubleshooting WAN issues
Knowledge of HP Network Management tools including NNMI, NNMI ISPI, HPNA
Ability to troubleshoot BGP, OSPF and other protocol
Proven desire to learn new products and ITIL knowledge
Knowledge of Alarms and Triage actions associated with them
Advanced documentation skills
