Job Description:
1. Network Operations Engineer
2. Graduate degree in any discipline. Engineer/ MCA would be preferred.
3. Technical Qualifications and Work Experience.
4. 0 – 3 years of prior experience in a similar role.
5. Familiarity with SQL queries and RDBMS concepts.
6. Familiarity with Linux commands and networking concepts, hands-on experience with shell scripting or other scripting will be a plus.
7. Familiarity with ITIL Foundation.
8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
9. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
10. Should be flexible to work in either APAC (early morning) & EU (afternoon) shifts on rotation.
11. Should be available to work on weekend as per scheduled roster.
