Job Description:
1. As a member of the MegaRAID Firmware development team, the person will contribute to the design and development of firmware
2. Work in the firmware team as a strong hands-on contributor
3. Responsible for at least one or more components of RAID HBA firmware
4. Demonstrate Strong technical Knowledge of design/architecture of RAID software components
5. Responsible for delivery of the assigned tasks in a timely fashion
6. Support existing products to customers by timely & high quality resolution of defects
Candidate Profile:
1. Should possess a Bachelor of Engineering or higher degree in Computer Science or ECE
2. Be an energetic, creative, positive, and results-oriented individual
3. Flexible, and adaptable to rapid change
4. Knowledge and development experience in storage technologies in RAID and “SAS or SCSI or SATA” is preferable
5. Prior experience in embedded software development preferable
6. Prior experience in Server OS environment with focus towards File Systems, Storage Drivers, BIOS, Firmware is preferable.
7. Must possess good oral/written/listening skills in order to work harmoniously with internal/external customers
8. Ability to analyze and fix complex problems independently and multitask
