Job Description :
Microsoft requires a Support Engineer
1. Troubleshoot issue related with Share Point Server and Share Point clients.
2. Deliver technical support for MS Share point Server.
3. Troubleshooting issues with integrated technologies like WSS, Active Directory, SQL, IIS and Exchange server.
4. Effective communication to manage customers’ expectations
5. Participating in case and technical Triages
6. High customer satisfaction through timely and accurate solution for customer’s issue Content creation
7. Meet customer and individual commitmen
Key Elements:
1. Customer handling experience on technical issue is desired Ability to work through ambiguity and independently when other resources are not available.
2. Good English Communication Skills – Spoken and Written (including technical writing)
3. Strong Trouble Shooting and problem solving skills
4. Excellent customer Service skills and effective learning skills
