Job Description:
1. Day-to-day handling of incoming Incidents and Service Requests from our European affiliates.
2. Act as the second point of contact for new Incidents and Service Requests coming from our European end-users. Communicate with a diverse set of customers, Users, service providers, and Senior Managers from multiple countries.
3. Keep the affected Users informed about status, priority and progress
4. Ensure that assigned Incidents and Service Requests are treated according to their priority, urgency and area.
5. Ensure Incidents and Service Requests are resolved with accordance to the European Incident and Service Request KPI’s
6. Ensure Problem records are created and updated
7. Ensure the knowledge data based is current and adding new knowledge items to knowledge base
8. Identify, verify and handle Incidents and Service Requests.
9. Work closely with Support team to ensure that Incidents and Service Requests which require additional support are handled with care.
Candidate Profile:
Qualifications:
1. The ideal candidate holds a master degree/bachelor degree or similar graduate degree in a relevant field, for instance software engineering, computer science and has relevant business experience. Training in specific systems and processes in Novo Nordisk will be provided.
2. You are fluent in English (oral and written), and as a person you are structured, business oriented, outgoing and a natural team player. You are able to manage relations and have a strong ability to collaborate and communicate.
3. 0-2 years’ experience with excellent academic record.
4. Basic CRM(Siebel) Knowledge
5. Excellent knowledge on DBMS
6. Excellent Knowledge on SQL
7. Excellent communication skills, comfortable working with different countries across multiple time-zones
8. High degree of flexibility and good interpersonal skills
