Job Description :

  • Interact with customers and Sales Engineers to gather required information for the requested device support.
  • Develop the XML based device support file and test against a simulated version of the device.
  • Work with Quality Assurance team on the validation process.
  • Work with customer or Sales Engineer to ensure the live device matches up with the simulated experience.

Candidate Profile :

  • Candidates from B.E/B.Tech technical degree from any recognized university
  • Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems & programming with XML
  • Familiarity with networking concepts such as TPC/IP, SNMP, Modbus
  • Experience running script files and network tools
