Job Responsibilities:
1. Demonstrate passion to enhance knowledge in state-of-the-art multi-core and accelerator technologies
2. Effectively execute projects from analyzing requirements to designing and implementing solutions
3. Design and develop prototypes for innovative technology demonstration
4. Design and develop parallel software solutions for Siemens businesses worldwide
5. Perform program analysis, optimizations and performance tuning for Siemens applications
Domain Expertise:
1. Passion and keen interest in emerging technology trends in parallel computing
2. Prior experience in parallel computing (multi-core/many-core) architectures and methodologies is desirable
3. Should have excellent programming (C++), software engineering, architecture and design skills
Soft Skills:
1. Must have excellent communication and presentation skills
2. Should be strongly self-motivated
Qualifications:
1. Masters degree in Computer Science
2. 1-3 work experience in software development and/or parallel computing
3. Research/work experience in parallel computing technologies (multi-core, GPU, MIC computing, TBB, OpenMP, .NET TPL), profiling and tracing tools, compiler construction and image processing is desirable
4. Technical papers at prestigious conferences and journals is an added plus
