Job Description:
Job Responsibilities:
1. 10+ years of relevant engineering experience.
2. 4+ years people management experience.
3. 3+ years server-side Java development experience.
4. Experience with Backend distributed systems.
5. Experience with Agile Software Development.
6. Deep hands-on technical expertise.
7. Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
8. Strong business and technical vision.
9. Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
10. A deep understanding of software development in a team, and a track record of shipping software on time.
11. Exceptional customer relationship skills including the ability to discover the true requirements underlying feature requests, recommend alternative technical and business approaches, and lead engineering efforts to meet aggressive timelines with optimal solutions.
12. Experience with AWS or equivalent is a plus.
