Job Description:
1. Design/Deploy of all bar innovation projects across the platforms OTIF.
2. Manage all bar profile change activities as per timelines set by the business.
3. Supervise & Conduct of routine / standard trials & appraisals at pilot plant and main plant.
4. Adhere to standards set by Quality / Safety / Portfolio management systems in place such as SHE, IPM, Interspec etc.
5. Contribute to risk assessment and risk management plans.
6. Help manage technical interfaces with key external suppliers / bodies and internally with other practitioners.
7. Contribute to the maintenance / further development of the group, keeping aware of new technologies and opportunities to bring to the group.
8. Use available Tool Box data base effectively to access technology and to apply the same in Innovation/Deploy projects
9. Define & Generate product specifications in coordination with Specs team and ensure implementation
10. Conduct product stability & gross negative assessment studies
11. Constantly evaluate competitor products and establish benchmark levels.
12. Keeping abreast of developments in own area of expertise, delivering recommendations for new techniques, ways of working.
13. Where necessary, train/ develop others in own skill area.
