Job Description:

Develop Infineons future talent through a 2 years international training program, targeting Application Engineering (software and hardware) for Automotive Powertrain Systems

Responsibilities:

1. Understand company organisation, products portfolio & semiconductor technology & production
2. Understand roles and principles of marketing
3. Product portfolio analysis for target application
4. Develop marketing strategies
5. Develop new products ideas
6. Understand Automotive Systems Powertrain, Safety& Body.
7. Understand quality, reliability and validation process
8. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define & develop System Architectures for Automotive Powertrain Systems
9. Provide technical solutions to customer requirements
10. Promote Infineon products to technical audiences
11. Liaise with chip development engineers on a need basis
12. Author architecture, design, test specifications and customer documents

Candidate Profile:

1. B.Tech/BE/M.Tech/MS in Mechatronics/Electronics
2. Freshers from Tier 1 Engineering Institutes ( IITS, NITs Only )

Specific or Entrepreneurial Knowledge:

1. Is outspoken, can socialize, Willing to Travel
2. Savvy about sales, marketing and R&D
3. Is willing to spend approx. 2 years abroad (Singapore & Munich)
4. Good team player in a multi-site work environment in a matrix reporting structure
5. Embedded system software development/validation in C
6. Good knowledge of computer architecture (16/32bit), real-time systems
7. Knowledge in power electronics preferred
8. Excellent Written and Oral English Communication
