Job Profile:

• Looking for HR Executives.

Roles and Responsibility:

• Responsible to define Recruitment process, schedule interviews, take initial round of interviews, negotiate on CTC, candidates Joining & Exit Formalities, Joinig & Exit documents.
• Payroll processing, MIS & other HR & office general day to day operations.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Must have good communication & interpersonal skills with pleasing personality.
• Must take initiatives to build/rebuild organizations TEAM & it’s HR processes

Note:

• Dynamic  Freshers with MBA – HR is prefered.
• Candidates staying in & around R T Nagar area are desirable.
• First 6 months would be probationary period after which there would be an increment.
