Contract period: 3 months [extendable on good performance]

QUALIFICATION CRITERIA

Location : Chennai

Experience: 0 yrs.

Education : (UG – Any Graduate – Any Specialization, Graduation Not Required) OR (PG – MBA/PGDM – HR/Industrial Relations) AND ( Doctorate – Any Doctorate – Any Specialization, Doctorate Not Required)

JOB DESCRIPTION / DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE

1. Schedule week day/ week end interviews for candidates in specified skills
2. Schedule 2nd level/ managerial discussions for 1st level shortlists
3. Develop a network of references from candidates who are being scheduled
4. Follow up on interview schedules with the candidates
5. Maintain effective turn out for the interviews
6. Post interview follow up to generate references.

Education: MBA – HR/ MSW – 2012 PASS OUTS ONLY
Experience: Freshers ONLY
Start time: Immediate
Pre-requisites: Candidates should be in and around 10 KMS from Navalur for easy commutation
