JOB Discribtion:
* Should have an aggregate of 60% through out academics.
* Candidate should be BE/B Tech/MCA/M Sc from a recognised university.
* Should have good typing skills & Flexible with rotational shifts
* Must have good analytical & comprehension skills
* Must have basic knowledge of Banking & Insurance Sectors
* Should have knowledge of Cash management, New account openings, Asset transfer Services, Retirement Account Services..etc are added advantage
* Should have knowledge in handling customer services.
* Must be handling Bill Payments,Transaction Details & Transfer of funds.
* Should be responsible for setting up monthly payments & Cheque orders & stop payments.
* Must be able to work in night shifts.
* Should be working under US Banking Process.
* Must be able for processing tasks assigned as per defined process SLAs.
* Must be able to meet individual KRAs. Adhere to Compliance.
