JOB SUMMARY:
We are looking out for *US – IT recruiter* with following qualities:
Young, Energetic, Initiative, Enthusiastic, Team Builder, creative, Emotionally balanced complete work professional with a good command over English with American accent.
Responsibilities:
•Minimum of 1 years of successful recruiting experience with a proven track record of setting, achieving and exceeding assigned goals
• Hands-on experience with Internet and job Board (All portals) sourcing methods preferred.
• Should have clear understanding with the Current IT technologies
and Standard.
• Should have knowledge in entire recruitment cycle of US Staffing
•Should have the Zeal to achieve the tasks with shorter
turnaround time and quality in closing the deal.
•Should build their own clients list
Should possess strong communication & interpersonal skills
Work Hours : Night Shift (US Eastern Standard Time (7PM)
