• Candidates should be from graduation in any stream (10+2+3)

• Exposure to PeopleSoft (Job / Comp & Ben – Pages) preferred 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• The scope of this responsibility covers India HR Administration activities 
• Interact with support teams, Vendors and HRG’s to resolve issues & inquiries 
• Ensure on time processing of employee requests (Payroll Input, Awards, Letter Requests, Personal File Management, Employment Verification, Leave Requests) 
• Facilitate the pre and post on-boarding process: Induction 
• Investigate and resolve issues and inquiries received from Employees / Managers / HRGs / COEs 
• Tier 1 issues and inquiries resolution
