Job Description:
Telephone/Fax/Postal communications and related facilities management
Assets Management
Stationery Procurement and Management
Maintenance of inward – outward register
Preparation and updating of contact Book
Maintenance of visitors book
Arrangement for employee engagement activities with HR.
Employee related activities – Access cards, Visiting cards etc.
Office consumables maintenance
Office Maintenance (Cleaning, housekeeping etc.)
Vendor management & Infrastructure Management
Responsibilities :-
Organizing Local and International travel arrangements
Vendor Management
Maintaining Files and organizational database
Managing overall office cleanliness and hygiene
Responsible for ensuring that general admin activities are managed properly like accommodation booking, photocopier, fax, stationeries, printing, security, pantry, electrical and plumbing
Overall in-charge for security, housekeeping
Maintaining reports
Should have 2 wheeler
Trainee- Front Office Executive
