Administrator – L1
Works on allocated incidents/ problems on maintenance of hardware / software – servers, laptops,
PCs etc. with high degree of supervision.
Provides support for simple trouble shooting requirements.
May be required to work as on-call support of in shifts to provide 24×7 type of support.
Entry level position.
Candidate Profile
Candidate should possess any degree from a recognised university.
Knowledge in troubleshooting hardware and windows operating system and embedded OS related
issues.
Knowledge in Microsoft Office, MS Project, Visio, Adobe suite,Dream weaver,Outlook,Lotus Notes.
Knowledge on antivirus client softwareinstallations, patch and hotfix installations and
troubleshooting.
