Job Description:
1. Use the Incident Management System to document information and manage problems and work requests and their respective resolutions and circumvention’s
2. Analyze, acknowledge & record each & every alert in the monitoring tools & handle the alerts as per their impact
3. Administer and provide User account provisioning & activities
4. Assign work orders / incidents to appropriate support teams and follow up until closure.
5. Route problems to internal 2nd and 3rd level IT support staff
6. Escalate complex problem to appropriate support specialists
7. Routine maintenance updates with other IT staff and business units

1. 2013/2014 B.tech/BE/ (Branches – EEE, CS, IT, ECE, E&I)/BCA/BSc
