Job Description :
Kofax, Inc requires a HR Executive
1. Responsible for all data entry into HRIS and HR internal systems.
2. Strong communication skills required to respond to phone, voice mail and email inquiries.
3. Maintains the centralized employee filing system, ensures documents are filed accurately and timely.
4. Prepare New Hire folders is also required.
5. Processing of confidential information and documents.
6. Assists in making recommendations for the creation and revision of procedures to facilitate increased operational efficiency of the department.
7. Produces spreadsheets, charts, flowcharts, forms and databases.
8. Supports entire HR department with all administrative and office Assist with employee events.
9. Assists in hiring process by coordinating job posting on Web site, reviewing resumes, performing telephone interviews and reference checks.
KeyElements:
1. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience preferred.
2. A minimum of 1 year of human resources experience preferred.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
4. Demonstrated ability to be detail oriented while maintaining accuracy.
5. Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills; strong interpersonal skills.
6. Demonstrated strong prioritizing, multitasking, and organizational skills.
7. Excellent customer interfacing skills.
