JOB SUMMARY:

Global Development (GD) is responsible for supporting KONE Way strategy, implementing KONE Way projects and managing KONE Way solutions. GD is also responsible for running KONE IT environment and related processes to ensure business continuity. GD has over 250 employees worldwide working together with all KONE units and global suppliers such as HP, Wipro, SAP, Microsoft and Salesforce.com.
Job Description:
To ensure that Service Management processes are running in seamless manner across global delivery organization of KONE.
Responsibilities :
1. Deliver agreed objectives on time and according to budget.
2. Plan objectives with support and guidance from manager.
3. Actively communicate all relevant information ensuring close collaboration in GD and with other relevant units.
4. Ensure that KONE and GD policies, procedures and processes are met.
5. Gather best practices to share amongst the team and other units/teams.
6. Follow up any key developments in your area.
7. Provide accurate reporting on service delivery and other required subjects.
8. Participate in the appropriate phase(s) of process execution.
9. Communicate to stakeholders all relevant information such as progress to SLAs, improvement areas etc.
10. Establish processes and procedures that increase internal efficiency and effectiveness.
11. Integrate IT processes, information and technology through the employment of best practices, to support complex infra¬structures, IT services, business processes and business services.
12. Develop, test, transit and operate IT services and infrastructure.
Candidate Profile:
1. Prior working experience in the area of service management required.
2. Fluency in English.
3. ITIL v3 certified
4. Information Technology or Engineering degree or equivalent work experience.
5. Good communication skills
6. People Leadership skills
