Job Description :
1. Responsible to achieve or exceed the sales plan by maintaining existing business and develop new accounts.
2. Responsible to drive sales activities to close opportunities identified by account managers, or other members of the sales and marketing organization to meet or exceed revenue goals.
3. Responsible for Participating and leading sales training programs as presented by the company to develop appropriate selling skills consistent with the company philosophy, policies and procedures.
4. Responsible to develop, write, and execute a business plan for managing assigned territory and product workflow annually.
5. Responsible to develop presentations and customer proposals including structuring appropriate payments and contract milestones.
6. Responsible to Support marketing programs and programs in other territories as assigned by the Company and assume a leadership role in doing so.
7. The Role will have focus working with Biopharma companies to sell products and services in upstream/ downstream and analytical workflows
Job Requirements:
1. We are looking at fresh graduates with a penchant for sales. Good strong understanding around the life sciences space and preferably from the locations where the opportunity is available
2. Responsible for delivering revenue targets for business area of responsibility and have budgetary responsibility for marketing spend in the region
3. Candidate should have a Masters in Life Sciences with relevant sales experience. Management degree would be an added advantage.
