Job Responsibilities:
1. Independent troubleshooting within SLA
2. Manage Customer escalations
3. Implementation of Six sigma projects
4. Identify avenue for value adds and present value add summary
5. Troubleshooting technical issues related to Network/Server/Storage devices
6. Handling tickets/Requests
7. Ensuring Datacenter uptime according to SLAs
8. Implementing New technologies and Design changes
9. Applying patches/upgrades to maintain security level
10. Responsible for building and maintaining Test environment
11. Update the knowledge base
12. Technically upgrade across versions of environment when required
13. Participation in Monthly steering committee meetings (as required)
14. Participate in monthly QA audits
15. Working on Network Device / Unix Server / Storage Devices (depending upon your respective domain)
16. Designation GET (Graduate Engineer Trainee)
Candidate Profile:
1. B.Tech (CS/IT/EEE/ECE/E&I)
2. 60% throughout in academics, No current backlogs
3. 2013 pass out only
Terms & Conditions:
1. Willing to relocate anywhere in India/Abroad
2. Willing to sign the bond of 18 months and probation of 15 months
3. Willing to work in 24*7 environment
