Job Description:
1. Understanding and documenting the requirements
2. Coordinating with the internal sourcing team to identify matching profiles through various sources, within a stipulated time.
3. Screening and Recruitment.
4. Primary screening of candidates as per the JD, qualification and other requirements.
5. Coordinating and scheduling the interviews via telephone or face to face.
6. Innovative use of sourcing channels like networking and internal referrals for senior candidates.
7. Should be able to close requirements for medium to high volume hiring numbers.
8. Handling entire recruitment cycle and completing pre and post recruitment formalities.
9. Timely documentation of daily responsibilities and tasks
Skills:
1. Excellent Communication skill
2. Graduate/MBA/PGDBM in Human Resources (HR)
3. 1 to 3 years of experience in IT recruitments
4. Candidate having experience in IT Companies would be preferred
