Job Description:

Responsibilities:

1. Office based, reactive role screening all incoming enquiries to assess whether they should be addressed by the company.
2. Call to given data on daily basis.
3. Deals with the engineering college of all over the India for organizing
workshop.
4. Deals with the students for Summer Internship Program.
5. Provide the report to your senior on daily basis.
6. Assess the business opportunity and technical feasibility through a prospect
evaluation process and determine whether it is something we want to pursue
and the urgency required.
7. Manage Sales Force and data entry formats such as excel.
8. Organize sample processing with customers and explain to UVSofts staff the
customer requirements and manage through the UVSofts process.
9. Check internal reports and ensure they are in a format that will best place
UVSofts to move the sales cycle forward.
10. Manage, update and inform the enquiry and business development process cycle
to the team.

Skills Required:

1. Understanding of how to achieve commercial success in a Marketing Field.
2. Understanding basic financial information and the sales cycle.
3. Attention to detail.
4. Strong interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work alone and a self­starter.
6. Report writing skills.
7. Communication, influencing and negotiating and assertiveness skills.
8. PC literate with PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Access skills.
