Job Description:
1. Generate business for entire HSM portfolio with list of SMEs and corporate customers in the assigned region.
2. Candidate is expected to be doing hunting( generate new accounts) and farming(nurture and cross sell in existing accounts) to build customer pipeline.
3. Build a pipeline of SME and corporate end customer prospects in the assigned region.
4. Prepare weekly pipeline report and sales forecasts for the targeted cities and the preparation of sales expense estimates.
5. Prepare regular and special sales reports reflecting activities and results of the targeted cities.
6. Build and develop new channels in assigned areas.
7. Support managers and senior sales with local distribution network planning and optimization, key project coordination and implementation in assigned areas.
8. Collect market and competitor information about targeted market and provide valuable analysis and proposal to support business growth in the area.
9. Effectively utilize company and partner resource to achieve assigned sales target.
10 Prepare regular and special sales reports reflecting activities and results of the targeted cities.
Candidate Profile:
1. Bachelor degree in engineering or computer
2. 1-3 years sales experience in IT and AIDC. Industry background is preferred;
3. Should have the skill set to drive end user business.
4. Ability to manage channel would be an additional benefit.
5. Quick learner, and strong self- development driven;
6. Should be a self starter, Self-motivated and positive attitude;
7. Passionate and ambitious to achieve goal;
8. Good interpersonal skills, capable of develop, maintain customer relationship;
9. Local language and English speaking skills.
