Job Description:
Support — Helping people use applications by answering their questions and giving information that facilitates correct operation of hardware and software over-the-phone, chat and / or email.
Troubleshooting — Diagnosing malfunctions in the operation of hardware and software.
Repair — Correcting application software malfunctions
