- Excellent communication/ interpersonal skills.
- Responsible for hiring IT professionals across different verticals.
- Build and manage strong sourcing, selection and networking capabilities to hire in a cost effective environment and efficient manner.
- Negotiate with HR and Hiring Managers, including at the Executive level, to gain approval and consensus on negotiated offers and finalize the hiring process.
- Ability to articulate and negotiate the job offers with the candidates.
- Sourcing and approaching candidates from Job Portals, Linkedin and Internal References.
- Ensure consistent review and management, cost and efficiencies in the recruiting function and improve the recruiting capabilities.
