Job Description :
Responsibilities:
1. Should be a good team player – willing to work as part of team as well as individual contributor
2. Develop features across multiple subsystems within our applications, including collaboration in requirements definition, prototyping, design, coding, testing and deployment
3. Understand how our applications operate, are structured/integrated/deployed, and how customers use them
4. Proficiency in developing and troubleshooting complex software systems that run in mixed-environments including Linux, Unix and/or Windows
5. Provide engineering support (when necessary) to our technical operations staff when they are building, deploying, configuring and supporting systems for customers
6. Participate with the engineering and operations teams to define plans for standardizing, scaling and enhancing our products and the services utilized to deploy/install/release those products
7. Participate in interactions with customers as a technical expert for product subsystems
8. Investigate, analyse and make recommendations to management regarding technology improvements, upgrades and modifications
9. Other duties from time to time as determined by management
10. Effectively communicate with all stakeholders

2. Should be a quick learner
3. Should be flexible to work (or willing to learn) with new technologies
4. Should have hands on with .Net and Microsoft based technologies
5. Having exposure to Web based technologies like
