Job Description:
Responsibilities :
1. Learn Product in depth (functional)
2. Analyze functional cases and provide quality resolution in accordance with agreed customer metrics
3. Have a fair and controlled backlog – ensure outstanding cases are followed through to their logical end.
4. Work as part of a team to resolve client issues affecting the product
5. Engage with our internal and external customers to resolve issues
6. Engage with peers in other product groups to resolve issues that span multiple products
7. Work closely with the R&D and PS teams, underlining the quality issues, sharing constructive customer feedback and suggesting ways for improvement .
8. Provide accurate and complete information to the Development team, where required, to enable them to fix the software without delay.
Candidate Profile:
Qualifications : MBA (or equivalent) in Finance and/or Banking
Soft Skills:
1. Good verbal and written communication skills
2. Aspires to learn, Fast learner
3. Possesses right attitude and is a team player
4. Displays very good analytical skills
