Job Description:
Following are the key activities of Test Engineer:
1. Perform and analyze basic and advanced testing needed
2. Understand System/Subsystem functional and architectural requirements.
3. Develop test sequences using software tools, based on operational scenarios provided .
4. Update and maintain the test environment .
5. Prepare and communicate task status reports and test report to stake holders and upper .
6. Management as necessary .
7. Facilitate communication of technical and business information between organizations and within work group.
8. Communicate work plans and work status to team members.
Candidate Profile:
Qualifications/Requirements :
1. BE (Electrical/Electronics/ Instrumentation engineering) from an accredited university or college.
2. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Desired Characteristics :
1. Additional experience in testing
2. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
3. Six Sigma training
4. Strong problem solving and math skills
5. Ability to work in a cross-functional matrix environment
