Job Description:
 Responsibilities:

  • Post development process, where associate should interact with customer related to their technical/System queries and able to resolve the problem in the stipulated time period.
  • Troubleshooting the problem, 24*7 support.
  • To raise, track and close tickets. Should generate pending tickets list. Should prepare MIS of tickets
  • After 18 months of their performance (candidates are eligible to move into development side which is L3 support)

  • Candidates from BSc (CS/IT) BCom and BCA from 2014-2015 batches with 60% marks throughout.
  • Only Male candidates are preferred
  • Communication should be good (prefer Matric Background
