Job Description
Maintain daily, weekly & monthly reports
Monitoring agents performance
Transaction Monitoring (remote or side-by-side)
Provide feedback to teams on the basis of their performance
Conduct briefings for the teams
Perform regular quality checks and supervise the process
Ensure adherence to Quality SLAs
Work closely with the teams to achieve Qualitative targets specified by the client
To conduct monthly PKT on the floor
Refresher TNA to be shared with the trainer
