JOB SUMMARY:

The Maersk Global Service Centres (GSCs) are the official shared service centres for the A.P. Moller – Maersk Group (APMM). We partner with APMM companies to identify off shoring opportunities and to provide efficient, effective and continuously improving process solutions.
The shared service centres of APMM are off shored to three GSC locations: China, India and the Philippines. At the moment the global service centres have deployed more than 12,000 employees across the various sites.

Desired Skills:
Experience range: 0 – 4 years preferably from ITES industry
Excellent command of spoken and written English
Willing to work in Perpetual Night Shift Process (10:00 PM – 06:00 AM)*Prior experience in communicating with International customers via Phone/e-mail/Chat support
Drive for Results – Drives for results and success, conveys a sense of urgency and drives issues to closure, persists despite obstacles and opposition
Good Team Player, maintaining a ‘We first’ instead of ‘I first’
Good stakeholder management skills and experience
Adapt to changes, basis business requirements
Good working knowledge of MS Office products including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Prior experience in handling customer complaints (mandatory)
Should not have appeared for the MAERSK Selection process
Male candidates are preferred
